7/23 aka prolly my aoty
gentleman jesse and his men made a flawless 7", put out a couple sick splits, and finally have released their full length. admittedly, some of the songs are growers and don't catch you as fast as, say, 'don't wanna know', but this is more than enjoyable to listen to many times over.
key tracks:
-all i need tonight (is you) - omg backup vocals. shit reminds me SO much of the nerves. it's great.
-you don't have to (if you don't want to) - omg catchy riffs
-if i can see you (you're too close to me) - a bit toned down in comparison to the 7" version, but it's still a jam and a half.

5/9 aka weed skull
3 Texas teens accused of using skull removed from coffin to smoke marijuana
11:33 PM CDT on Thursday, May 8, 2008
HOUSTON (AP) — Three Kingwood teens have been arrested and accused of digging up a secluded grave and removing a skull in Humble, a city north of Houston.
Kevin Wade Jones, 17, and Matthew Richard Gonzalez, 17, both of Kingwood, told Houston police that around March 15 they and a 16-year old juvenile dug up a grave, removed the skull from the coffin and converted it into a “bong,” a device used to smoke marijuana, according to court documents.
Jones and Gonzalez were arrested Wednesday night and are being held on misdemeanor abuse of a corpse charges, said Houston police Sgt. John Cholmiak. The juvenile was referred to Harris County juvenile justice system.
Houston police were initially interviewing Jones about the use of a stolen debit card when Jones told them about the grave theft, according to court records. Asked why Jones would volunteer such a story, Cholmiak said, “we can only speculate and guess to what goes on in the criminal mind.”
Gonzalez confirmed the story to investigators in a follow-up interview. Police were led to a heavily-wooded site in Humble where they found a knocked-over headstone and water-filled hole more than four feet deep. At the time, the muddy water did not allow police to see if the coffin had been disturbed.
“They dug into this gravesite and that was enough to warrant the abuse of corpse charge,” Cholmiak said. “There has to be further investigation into the actual gravesite.”
A woman who answered the phone at Gonzalez’s home, but declined to identify herself, said, “I have no comment right now.”
Attempts to locate a telephone number for Jones were not immediately successful and it wasn’t clear from court records if he had an attorney.
The grave belonged to Willie Simms, according to court documents. Cholmiak said that Simms’ next-of-kin had not been notified. While residents in the area knew of the cemetery’s existence, it did not appear to be maintained. Preliminary reports indicated it was a 19th-century “veterans” cemetery, he said.

4/27 aka conjuggalos
Name: ChestyHeavens
Age: 34
State: California
Convictions: I beat up this bitch cop with my bare knuckles and she died so I'm done for life.
Favorite hobbies in prison: I count everything. I count steps, cracks in the pavement, ants on the tree outside, peas on my plate, anything I can find to count I do it. We don't get much to do in here.
Why I deserve another chance: Life is nothing but a game of chance that's why I'm in here and you're out there. Give me another chance and I'll make you wish you were in here with me more than 90 minutes every six weeks or that the damn judge would hear my appeal but he won't because he's a smart ass and they don't like cop killers.

1/23 aka afterparty scabies
the new cadence weapon album afterparty babiesleaked-i posted about it a couple weeks ago, and it's really fucking good. want it? click here.
the only reason i'm posting this is because he said that he doesn't care if people download his album because it's inevitable (and he isn't a hypocrite, because he does the same shit we do) and to just go see him on tour-so do it, it's worth it. trust me.
